Do you check the system before quoting?

Yes. Tanks, soils and access differ from property to property, so the system is located and checked on site before a written estimate is given.

How often should a septic tank be pumped?

It depends on the size of the tank and how many people live in the property. Follow the manufacturer’s advice and the rules for your area; the sludge level found at each visit is the best guide.
